Agham collects only the information needed to respond to an enquiry or arrange a visit. We aim to keep public contact channels simple and privacy-conscious.

How we protect this website

To protect the website from automated misuse, we use the network address supplied with each request in web-server logs and rate limits. We use this information for security, not advertising or profiling, and keep it only for as long as needed for that purpose.

What our public forms ask for

Our enquiry and visit forms ask for a name, phone number, email address, a preferred date or general care category, and an optional message. The submitted details are prepared in the visitor’s own email application and addressed to Agham.

What not to send through public forms

Please do not include medical histories, medication lists, diagnoses, national identity/passport numbers, financial details or other sensitive personal information in a public enquiry. Agham’s care team can advise on a suitable private process if further information is needed.
